Currently, we ship within the United States only, unless otherwise stated on specific product pages.


4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

5. Can I cancel my order?

Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
If your order has already shipped, you must wait until delivery and then follow our Return & Refund Policy (if eligible).

6. What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and unworn

  • Tags are attached

  • The item is in original packaging

Certain items (such as worn or final sale items) are not eligible for return.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Include your order number and clear photos

We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
